Perform administrative support functions for the Operations department, coordinate and manage operational priorities as requested
•Coordinate communication among the Operation personnel and outside parties
• Coordinate transportation of the site personnel to/from the workshop
• Administration of Service Tickets: checking, recording and timely submission for the subsequent invoicing
• Preparation and submission of Job Bonus Sheets for Expat and Local personnel to the accounting department on a monthly basis
• Update and distribute “People on Board” , Utilization Sheet
• Maintain Personnel Rotation Planner data sheet
• Get TRS crews ready prior to going to rig site with job specific details. On returning from rig a full debrief is an essential requirement for this position to enable any issues to be addressed and gain valuable lessons learned.
